Complaints concerning discrimination on the basis of disability by the Baldwin County Commission may be sent to Baldwin County ADA Coordinator at ada.coordinator@baldwincountyal.gov or Baldwin County Administration Department, ATTN: ADA Coordinator, 312 Courthouse Square, Suite 12, Bay Minette, Alabama 36507. The ADA Coordinator will contact the complainant within 15 calendar days after receipt of the complaint to discuss the complaint and will respond in writing within 15 days of the discussion.
