The Fiscal Year 2024 Budget, which started October 1st, was adopted by the Baldwin County Commission on September 28, 2023, after months of work and prioritizing. The $250,133,924 budget is a 3.8% increase over the previous year’s $240,888,740.

Last week at the Alabama Recycling Coalition Conference and Expo in Pelham, AL, the Baldwin County Commission, the City of Gulf Shores, and the City of Fairhope were all presented with Alabama Recycling Fund Grant checks from the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM).

The Baldwin County Commission is pleased to announce the appointment of the new Baldwin County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Director, Tom Tyler.
