On Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. the Baldwin County Commission, Governor Kay Ivey, Orange Beach Mayor Tony Kennon, Senator Chris Elliot (R – SD 32), and Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Commissioner Chris Blankenship will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in celebration of the official opening of The Launch at ICW located in Orange Beach, Alabama.

The Baldwin County Highway Department announces today that the construction of the roundabout at the intersection of County Road 32 and County Road 13 has been completed, and is now open

The Baldwin County Revenue Commissioner’s Office will begin a software transition on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. While the Revenue Commissioner’s Office staff is hopeful for a smooth transition, they would like to prepare the public for potential delays in service.

The Baldwin County Commission is asking residents to complete a short survey about their experience with the coverage and quality of broadband services in the county. Businesses and residents who complete the survey will provide valuable information about broadband access and needs in all areas of Baldwin County. BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, August 24, 2022 – The Baldwin County Commission’s Department of Planning and Zoning is seeking citizen input through completion of a short online survey regarding future growth in Baldwin County.

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL,– Baldwin County Sales and Use Tax Department is conducting a free Taxpayer Workshop for new and existing business owners. The workshop will be held Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Baldwin County Central Annex Auditorium, 22251 Palmer Street, Robertsdale, Alabama.

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, – Planning and Zoning District Elections will be held on February 15, 2022, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for citizen-proposed planning districts 8, 36 and 37 in Baldwin County. Registered voters in proposed planning districts 8, 36 and 37 may vote on whether to approve or deny proposed planning and zoning jurisdictions in Baldwin County. This process is part of the local state Act. No. 91-719 of the Legislature of Alabama. To vote in the Planning and Zoning Elections there are two requirements: 1. The voter must be a registered voter. 2. The voter must reside within the boundaries of the proposed Planning Districts 8, 36, or 37.
