The Baldwin County Commission adopted Resolution #2024-076 in support of the Alabama Constitutional Amendment 1, which will be on the ballot during the 2024 Primary Election on March 5th.
If approved, Amendment 1 will authorize the Legislature to bring forward local bills and local constitutional amendments to be considered in a timely manner by eliminating an unnecessary and often confusing budget isolation resolution procedure.
