• Go to www.BaldwinCountyAL.gov/CSP and log in.
• Click on "My Account".
• Choose "View My Requests".
• Make sure the drop-down menu says "View My Bldg Dept".
• Find your permit under the right tab: "Under Review", "Approved", "Issued", or "All".
• Click the blue application or permit number.
• To reach out or send files, click "Leave Message" or "Upload Documents".
• Type your message or upload your files, then click "Submit".
  

Your message or documents will go directly to the staff member handling your permit.
