• Login at www.BaldwinCountyAL.gov/CSP
• Click on "My Account"
• Click on "View My Requests"
• Make sure the drop down box says "View My Building Department"
• Click the applicable tab for your permit status: "Under Review", "Issued", or "All"
• Click on the blue application or permit #
• Click on "Leave Message" or "Upload Documents"
• Enter your comments or questions, select your files to upload, and click "Submit"
• Your message and/or document(s) will be assigned to and reviewed by the staff member responsible for your specific permit file.
