You will be asked to pay a convenience fee.

We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or Debit Cards. The fee for using this service is 3%, with a minimum fee of $3.50.
The convenience handling fee is not paid to Baldwin County but to Ingenuity, Inc. an Alabama company.

The county also charges a $1.00 mailing fee for each decal. 

DISCLAIMER: We are seeing an increase in mail related issues. Customers choosing to renew by mail or online may see a delay in the stickers being received. Baldwin County Probate is not responsible for stickers that are lost in the mail. If stickers are not received, customers will have to obtain replacements at fee of $5 per mobile home sticker.

• In order to renew online please have your decal number and year ready. 
• Upon completion of your renewal, you will receive a confirmation number and a printed receipt.
• The online manufactured home renewal system will renew manufactured home decals during October 1 through November 30 only.
• If the address shown on your renewal notice is not the same as your current address, you will need to contact the Probate Office at 251.937.0260 before you can renew online.
