Baldwin County Adds Four New Voting Precincts Ahead of the 2026 Statewide Elections

Feb 23, 2026, 14:27 PM

Baldwin County is sharing important information for voters as updated voter registration cards are delivered to mailboxes across the county in areas where changes to voting precincts were recently approved. These cards reflect precinct and polling location updates that took effect on January 20.

Four new precincts were added earlier this year to help distribute voter volumes more evenly across polling locations and support an efficient voting experience as the county continues to grow.

Over 18,000 white voter registration cards have been mailed out by the Board of Registrars since the changes were approved. Voters are encouraged to review the card carefully once received. The card serves as an official confirmation of voter registration and includes each voter’s assigned precinct and polling location.

Voters can confirm their registration status, polling location, and other official election details through the Secretary of State’s Alabama Votes website: www.sos.alabama.gov/alabama-votes All election-related information provided by Baldwin County is nonpartisan and intended solely to help residents plan ahead and participate confidently in the voting process.
