Mission: The Mission of the Joint EAC/EAB partnership is to provide unified template environmental ordinances for Baldwin County entities.

Goals: The Joint EAC/EAB partnership goals include the following:

   6. Environmental Advisory Committee/Boards Establishment Resolutions

Mission: The Dirt Road Sub-committees mission is to improve water quality in Baldwin County by identifying the most environmentally damaging roads and recommending best management practices to resolve the potential for water quality impacts from the roads.

Goals: To review and update the 25 Most Environmentally Damaging Dirt Roads Report every five to ten years.

Mission: To assist Baldwin County in creation and review of county ordinances for environmental issues.

Goals: To review and comment on updates of the Baldwin County Zoning Ordinance. 

Mission: To implement the Baldwin County Commission Strategic Plan Goal that the community will experience increased transparency and accountability for watershed quality through regular testing and reporting of water quality and the ongoing development of partnerships with citizens and groups interested in the environment.

Goals: The Water Quality’s goal is to make existing water quality data easy to access and to work with the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program to provide water quality monitoring site recommendations to ADEM annually.

Mission: To promote the health of pollinators through conservation and education.

Goals: To establish pollinator habitats on public lands throughout Baldwin County.

Mission: To preserve the indispensable and fragile wetlands of Planning District 26 that provide habitat for fish and wildlife; contribute to water quality and pollution control, and flooding.

Goals: To search for grant funding to preserve and protect the wetlands in Planning District 26.
