Please note: Notary applications, along with the non-refundable application fee, can either be mailed to the Probate office in Bay Minette or taken to one of our offices. If taken to a satellite Probate office (Fairhope, Foley, or Robertsdale), it will be couriered to the Bay Minette location. Recording clerks cannot answer questions relating to the notary application. Applications must be in a sealed envelope when dropped off.
